1. Eligibility:

• The StorageReach Gift Card Drawing (the “Drawing”) is open to all facilities that are customers of StorageReach and are in good standing with their StorageReach subscription.
• Individuals who are employees, contractors, or affiliates of StorageReach are not eligible to participate.
• Entrants must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to participate.

2. Entry Period:

• The Entry Period for the Drawing begins on 07/01/24 and ends on 09/30/24 (“Entry Period”).

3. Entry Methods:

• No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Drawing.
• To enter the Drawing, eligible facilities must:
  • Submit an entry form provided by StorageReach during the Entry Period.
  • Provide accurate and complete information as required in the entry form.

4. Winner Selection:

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received after the Entry Period.
• The winner will be notified via the contact information provided in the entry form within 15 days of the Drawing’s end.
• If the winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, another winner may be selected at StorageReach’s discretion.

5. Prize:

• The prize for the Drawing is a gift card with a value of $100.
• The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
• All federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Publicity:

• By participating in the Drawing, entrants grant StorageReach the right to use their facility’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

7. Data Privacy:

• Entrants’ personal information will be collected and used in accordance with StorageReach’s Privacy Policy. By entering the Drawing, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of the Drawing.

8. General Conditions:

• StorageReach reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Drawing at any time for any reason.
• StorageReach’s decisions regarding the Drawing are final and binding.

9. Governing Law:

• The Drawing and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada.
