2024 Highlights
This year has been full of growth and innovation at StorageReach. Here are just a few of the things we’re especially proud of:
- Growing Our Platform: We had an impressive growth of over 271% in new storage facilities joining the StorageReach community in 2024! We’re now helping more businesses than ever manage their online reputations and connect with their customers.
- Innovative AI Tools: We launched our AI-generated response feature, making it super easy to respond to Google reviews quickly and thoughtfully. This tool has already been a game-changer, helping respond to thousands of reviews and saving our clients time.
- Client Wins: We’ve been lucky to see so many of you reach big milestones this year. Whether it’s boosting your online ratings or seeing more customers walk through your doors, your success is what keeps us going!
By the Numbers
Here’s what our 2024 looked like in numbers:
- 15,257 Google Reviews Added: That’s how many reviews our platform helped tackle this year; talk about making an impact!
- Eight Added Reviews Per Month: Our StorageReach community on average added 8.2 new reviews per month PER FACILITY to their Google Business Profile listings!
- 36,307 Ratings Provided: Not only did your customers leave reviews, but they also provided valuable feedback, with over 36,300 ratings provided!
Connecting with the Community
This year, was a big year for us in connecting with the community. We’ve loved being part of the self-storage world in so many ways and over the year we focused on getting to know you more. Some of the ways we did that were:
- Hit the road for trade shows and conferences, including several awesome presentations from our co-founder and CEO, Kale Leavitt. Meeting so many of you face-to-face was definitely a highlight! From conferences to trade shows, we traveled across the country and got to connect with thousands of you through events this year. Thank you for showing up and making it awesome!
- Presented on webinars and speaking panels. We partnered with some industry powerhouses including the SBOA, Jim Mooney, Jim Ross, and Melissa Stiles to dive into industry topics and ways to help self-storage businesses.
- Joined and sponsored several podcasts and YouTube series, including Asset Growth Podcast, The Self Storage Show, and Storage Nerds. These platforms gave us the opportunity to share insights and ideas with operators and investors.
What’s Next for 2025?
We’ve got big plans for next year, and we’re excited to share them with you:
