The 2026 NVSSA Education Day was a great opportunity to connect with Nevada self-storage owners and operators and spend a day focused on education, insights, and ideas for the industry.
We were excited to be part of the event this year, with our CEO and Co-Founder, Kale Leavitt, presenting “From Stars to Strategy: Making the Most of Every Review.”
Throughout the day, we had the opportunity to connect with self-storage professionals and hear about the challenges and opportunities they are facing in today’s industry. Kale’s presentation focused on looking beyond star ratings and using customer reviews and feedback as a valuable source of insight for your business.
From understanding what customers are saying to using review feedback to identify opportunities and make better decisions, we enjoyed sharing practical ways operators can get more value from the reviews they are already receiving.
Overall, NVSSA Education Day was a great event filled with valuable conversations, education, and opportunities to learn from others in the self-storage industry. We always enjoy being part of events that bring operators together to share ideas and learn from one another.
